Shipping and Returns

• Standard Shipping in the United States via USPS or United postal services is 2-8 Business days.
• For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
• Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.  Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
• All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
• Second Day Service and Overnight Service are not available at this time.
• IF the item returns to AppleBiotic due to an incorrect address, AppleBiotic will charge the shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the Products, you may return them to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or credit (minus the shipping charges). We only process returns for products purchased on the Website. Please check the FAQs in you require more info about shipping and returns.

To initiate a return, e-mail info@applebiotic.com with your order and/or invoice number to receive your return authorization number.

Product return must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

The product should be in the original container.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please ensure secure return of the order. Applebiotic is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.
