Where does the name AppleBiotic come from?

Apple Cider Vinegar and Probiotic are our products’ two main ingredients. Voilà!

Is it normal for the product to smell like Apple Cider Vinegar?

Yes, the products may smell like ACV since this is its main ingredient. The smell disappears as soon as hair is rinsed well with warm water.

What else should I know about the consistency of the product?

The product contains a good for your hair and scalp naturally occurring pectin and apple residue. So, please make sure to SHAKE WELL before each use to maximize its effectiveness!

Are you haircare products color safe?

Yes! All haircare products are very gentle on the hair and do not strip it off any color or natural oils.

How should I store my products?

To maximize the shelf life of your products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture. HairCare, SkinCare and BodyCare may be kept in the shower.

How long would my products last?

Our products have a guaranteed shelf life of 1 year, however, many will last longer.

Where are your products made?

Our products are all made in Dallas, Texas.

How do people with sensitive skin and skin allergies do with AppleBiotic products?

Our Products are free of synthetic dyes, oil, fragrance, phthalates, paraben, sulfate and silicone, and hence, are very well suited for sensitive skin. If you’re prone to skin allergies and/or have specific medical concerns, please consult your doctor.

Can I use AppleBiotic products while pregnant?

Our Products are free of synthetic dyes, oil, fragrance, phthalates, paraben, sulfate and silicone. However, as with any product, if you are pregnant or nursing check with your doctor first before using if you have concerns.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via FedEx.

How soon after I purchase will my order ship?

All orders ship within 2-3 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders purchased on the Website are shipped via FedEx within 2-7 business days (within continental United States) via route chosen by a purchaser at the checkout. Please allow additional time for packaging.
All shipped orders are assigned a tracking number which may be used to track orders via FedEx website. Please note that delays in delivery of orders are possible due to inclement weather and other unforeseen factors. We are not responsible for any transit delays.

Does AppleBiotic ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the following countries outside of United States:
Canada
Mexico

What is the cost to ship my order?

What is AppleBiotic’s return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with the Products, you may return them to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or credit (minus the shipping charges). We only process returns for products purchased on the Website. To initiate a return, e-mail info@applebiotic.com with your order and/or invoice number to receive your return authorization number.

2. The product should be in the original container.
3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
